Estimated Delivery

Most orders are estimated to arrive within approximately 4–8 business days after processing is completed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless Katy’s Paw Prints expressly states otherwise.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the product, shipping destination, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, transportation disruptions, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free standard shipping is currently available on qualifying orders over $100, subject to any exclusions or promotional conditions displayed on the website.

Promotional shipping offers may be changed or discontinued as permitted by applicable law.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is issued.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may contain products produced or fulfilled by different production partners or facilities.

As a result, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive in more than one package. When available, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the remaining items in your order have been lost.
