If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a production mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll be happy to review the issue and help with the best possible solution, such as a replacement when applicable.

We know you’re excited to receive your order! Most orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days after they are processed. Since many of our products are made especially for you, processing and shipping times may vary slightly depending on the item and destination. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

We want you to love your purchase. Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Because many of our products are made-to-order or personalized, customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a production error. Customers must contact us within the 7-day period and provide the order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Katy’s Paw Prints reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
