To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Because many of our products are made-to-order or personalized, customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a production error. Customers must contact us within the 7-day period and provide the order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
