Return Conditions

Products may be returned as long as they strictly meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within the first 10 calendar days after receiving the product.
  • The product must be in perfect condition—unused, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, accessories, manuals, and any other elements that were part of the original shipment.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or customization reasons, certain items are excluded from returns, such as:

  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Personal care or intimate products, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
  • Items on sale or clearance, unless defective.

Return Request Procedure

  • Contact our customer service team via email at information@katyspawprints.com within the established time frame (10 days after receipt).
  • Clearly state your order number, the reason for the return, and include images of the product if necessary.
  • You will receive specific instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.
  • Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, within approximately 5 to 10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a product defect.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the aforementioned cases.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

The return must be made following the guidelines provided in the email you will receive. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
